Since 1993 Audax employees share directly in the result of Audax through employee participation. This has been realised through the emission of certificates of shares. This way holders of certificates can benefit from the financial results realised by Audax.
Employees can obtain certificates at the Audax Werknemersparticipatie B.V. (Audax Employee Participation), that shares directly in the Audax company results. The possession of certificates means that our employees, apart from the regular working relationship, do have an additional financial interest in the way we do things at Audax. Once each year an ‘internal stock exchange’ is held, where people can buy or offer certificates for sale. In order to obtain certificates, employees must meet with specific requirements.
The past years the results realised by Audax were excellent, meaning that up to the present moment we have been able to pay a dividend to certificate holders.
